We, one of the largest builders of villas and custom homes in Delhi NCR, are looking for a candidate to join our Sales team.

Today, Prithu Homes is the largest execution company for villas and floors in Delhi NCR with 55+ projects under execution. Key Responsibilities:
- It is an individual contributor and hard target-oriented role
- Number and value of transactions done is the measured benchmark
- Our clients are the plot owners who are looking to design and construct their home. Sales cycles are long (3 to 12 months) and require a consultative sales approach
- Transaction size ranges between Rs. 1.5 Cr to Rs. 5 Cr.
- Involves local travel for client meetings, at times, on weekends also.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Arch/B.tech from top B-School
- Work experience of 2 to 6 years
- Excellent oral & written English communication (Must)
- Strong sales background
- Basic Intelligence and Attention to Detail approach
