Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Regional Business Manager

Team: Regional Executives (Dealership & RVSF), Partner RVSF coordinators


Key Responsibilities

1. ELV Sourcing & Volume Delivery

  • Drive ELV sourcing through OEM dealerships, fleets, government bodies, aggregators, and regional campaigns.
  • Monitor performance of dealer lead funnels, conversion ratios, and regional volume targets.
  • Ensure timely lifting, documentation, and customer experience for private, commercial, and fleet users.

2. OEM & Dealership Engagement

  • Maintain strong working relationships with regional OEM offices and dealership principals.
  • Ensure smooth adoption of Re Carma processes lead logging, price discovery, documentation, COD handling.
  • Conduct dealership trainings, audits, and performance reviews.

3. Partner RVSF Management

  • Ensure adherence to process SOPs for vehicle intake, dismantling, material segregation and reporting.
  • Validate compliance and documentation quality at partner RVSFs.
  • Coordinate pricing, recyclable sales and logistics with central teams.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships across dealerships, RVSFs, OEM regional teams, scrap buyers, logistic partners and government agencies.
  • Escalate regional issues to central team with actionable insights.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure end-to-end traceability, data accuracy and dashboard updates.
  • Monitor compliance related to COD, EPR documentation, GST, and traceability.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with central Command & Control team.
  • Ensure compliance to local regulations and proactively liaison with Government bodies for guidance. Stay updated on legal developments.

Profile Requirements

  • 8–12 years in automobile sales / channel management / waste recycling / circular economy / logistics.
  • Strong relationship orientation and ability to influence dealerships & partners.
  • Process-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
