Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the Solar Finance business in the assigned territory.
- Identify, empanel, and manage solar vendors, EPC contractors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Source new solar loan business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct market visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with the Credit, Operations, and Collections teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure timely documentation and loan disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio quality and support collection activities when required.
- Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
