Job Description
Achieve monthly and annual room and banquet revenue targets. Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and travel trade accounts. Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and networking activities. Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed business. Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations. Conduct site inspections and client presentations. Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
