Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, channel partners, referrals, and digital marketing sources.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking, documentation, and handover.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, legal, and operations teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity and achieve business goals.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 13 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial).
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, sales process, and property documentation.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
