Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for handling qualified leads, converting prospects into customers, conducting site visits, and closing sales for our residential apartment projects. This is an individual contributor role that works closely with other Sales Managers and the broader sales & marketing team to achieve project-specific sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet project-specific targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and company policies.
  • Lead Generation : Generate new leads through networking and channel partners.
