Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive residential property sales in East Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong sales capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through various channels.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Develop relationships with channel partners and brokers to generate business.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and customer records.
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
