Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive residential property sales in East Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong sales capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams for seamless customer experience.
- Develop relationships with channel partners and brokers to generate business.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and customer records.
- Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
