Job Description
Responsible for driving property sales across residential plots, villas, Luxury Group Housing and commercial projects in the Yamuna Expressway region. Leading sales teams, managing client relationships, and closing high-value property deals while ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives for projects located along the Yamuna Expressway corridor
- Generate and convert leads for residential plots, apartments, villas, and commercial properties
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits for potential buyers and investors
- Build strong relationships with investors, channel partners, and real estate brokers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets
- Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the Yamuna Expressway area
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth documentation and closure of property transactions
Key Skills:
Minimum 7 10 years in Real Estate sales. Preferably in Residential Commercial projects
