Job Description
Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth and market penetration for the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, ensuring optimal plant capacity utilization, and delivering superior customer experience in the assigned territory.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be only from Ready Mix Concrete industry.
Full time education is mandatory.
Should have worked in Jaipur market.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume & revenue) for the RMC plant
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across infrastructure, real estate, contractors, and institutional clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, contractors, project managers, and consultants
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
2. Key Account Management
- Manage and grow key accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Ensure timely order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
3. Territory & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to increase market share
- Map potential projects (commercial, residential, infra) within the catchment area
- Work closely with technical and QC teams to provide value-added solutions
4. Plant Coordination & Order Execution
- Coordinate with plant operations, dispatch, and logistics for timely deliveries
- Optimize plant capacity utilization through demand planning
- Monitor order fulfilment and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
5. Collections & Credit Management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
- Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding receivables
- Work with finance team to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow
6. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily sales reports, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
- Prepare and present MIS reports on sales performance, collections, and market insights
- Use CRM tools for lead tracking and opportunity management
