Role: Sales Manager – Residential / Property Sales

Department: Residential Sales

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive residential property sales. The role involves handling customer leads, conducting site visits, explaining project details, negotiating with clients, and closing sales as per business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle prospective customers for residential property sales.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location preference, and buying intent.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, availability, payment plans, and offers.
Schedule and conduct site visits with customers.
Build strong customer relationships and provide end-to-end support during the buying journey.
Negotiate effectively and close sales as per monthly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, CRM, and site teams for smooth customer experience.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer feedback.
Ensure professional customer handling and strong brand representation.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in residential real estate / property sales.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Strong communication and customer handling ability.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates from real estate, property consulting, developer sales, channel sales, or residential project sales background.
Experience in premium / mid-segment residential sales will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
