Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Property Sales for Hyderabad locations including Rajendranagar, Narsingi, and Hitech City. The role will focus mainly on customer handling, negotiation, deal closure, and achieving sales targets for residential real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, conducting site visits, explaining project details, negotiating pricing/payment plans, and closing bookings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead follow-up to site visit, negotiation, booking, and closure.
  • Focus strongly on negotiation, closing, and revenue generation.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle customer objections and convert leads into successful bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, CRM updates, and customer support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper lead updates and sales status in CRM.
  • Support walk-ins, customer meetings, weekend site visits, and sales events.

Required Skills

  • Good customer handling and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong follow-up discipline.
  • Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work from project sites and handle weekend customer visits.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Etstae Sales.
  • Real estate/property sales experience preferred.
  • Candidates from residential sales, mandate sales, developer sales, channel sales, banking, insurance, automobile, or any high-ticket sales background can be considered.
  • Candidates from Hyderabad or nearby locations preferred.

  • Site visits completed.
  • Bookings closed.
  • Revenue achievement.
  • Closure percentage.
  • Monthly target achievement.
  • CRM updates and follow-up quality.

Work Locations: Rajendranagar / Narsingi / Kokapet – Hyderabad.
