Job Title: Sales Manager
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales pipeline, leading a team of DSAs, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets related to personal loan products. This individual will be a results-driven, dynamic, and strategic leader with a strong understanding of loan products, DSA operations, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and expand business through DSAs.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Recruit and onboard new DSAs.
- Build relationships with existing clients and DSAs to foster loyalty.
- Report on sales performance and make recommendations for growth.
- Ensure timely loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on Business Loan or similar products.
- Proven experience managing DSAs.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Sales Manager with Personal Loans Experience.
- Or Any Product with DSA experience
