Sales Manager - Payroll Sales

Position Title: Sales Manager - Payroll & Compliance Managed Services Location: Chennai & Mumbai

Overview: We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager with experience in Payroll & Compliance Managed Services / HRMS solutions to drive new business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Acquire new clients across the small and mid-market/enterprise segments
• Understand client needs and position the benefits of managed services for Payroll and statutory compliance.
• Partner with internal teams to execute proposals, demos, and SOWs and drive deal closure
• Achieve revenue targets and maintain pipeline visibility in CRM
• Engage and influence key stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and CXO levels to drive deal progression

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales (Payroll / Compliance / HRMS)
• Strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets
• Understanding of India payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment Preferred Experience in Payroll Managed Services / SaaS / Tech-enabled services
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
