Position Description:
ARelationship Manager (Dealership) is primarily responsible for managingrelationships specifically for Dealership channel partners and driving businessthrough the same.
Scope of work:
- Achieve monthly topline targets
- Responsible for onboarding activation of 2W4W dealers as per target set through various sources to ensureachievement of business targets
- Maintain relationship and driving business throughOEM partner channels and Non-NTUs
- Responsible for achieving overall GWP (GrossWritten Premium)
- Responsible for sustainable Profitability
- Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels
- Combined Ratio- Minimizing Loss Cost ofAcquisition
- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W,Claims, Operations
- Resolve the discrepancies raised by the Underwriterand issue policies at branch level.
- Analysing and resolving the rejections of policyrelated issues
- Handling reconciliation
- Handle other operational work
Professional Experience: 2-6 years; GI Experience in Motor Dealerships / OEM
Technology Known: Basic Excel
