Job Description
Buildand source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channelpartners, and other sourcing channels.
Achievekey business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insuranceproducts.
Conductinitial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits withthe credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
Overseecompletion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
Trackand update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursementsupport to customers.
Achievebusiness targets for the LAP product.
Role Requirement
Candidateshould have a minimum 5 years of experience in the LAP product and salesthrough DSAs.
Shouldhave handled a minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
Experiencerequired: 5-6 years in an NBFC or Bank.
Education:Graduate and above.
