Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through the DSA channel. The role involves sourcing new clients, managing leads, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for LAP products through field and channel activities
- Source business via DSA networks, referrals, and direct customer interactions
- Explain product offerings, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursal
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1-6 years of experience in LAP / secured loan sales
- Good knowledge of DSA/channel sales model
