Role & respons Jobs in the Agency Channel of life insurance focus on building, managing, and developing a network of independent insurance agents or advisors. Responsibilities center on recruiting agents, training them on products, driving sales targets, and ensuring high customer retention. ibilities
Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard new prospective life insurance agents/advisors to expand the distribution network.
Training & Development: Conduct product knowledge and sales skill training. Ensure agents complete all mandatory regulatory/licensing requirements.
Sales Management:
Drive agents to achieve assigned premium and policy sales targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team sales metrics. Provide ongoing coaching, handholding, and feedback to improve agent productivity.
- Experience: 2 to 7+ years of sales and team management experience, ideally within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or life insurance sector.
