Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage high rise residential sales projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and target achievement.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth, customer support, and collections.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve deal closure targets through effective communication, leadership, and motivation.
- Oversee luxury property deals with strong negotiation skills to maximize revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of experience in real estate industry with expertise in high rise residential sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team handling, customer interactions, and negotiation.
