Job Description: Sales Manager/Area sales manager LAP
Location: Vijaywada

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through direct sourcing and channel partners (DSA/Connector network)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly LAP disbursement targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster processing
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain quality portfolio and minimize delinquencies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate
- 2–5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local market and customer segments
