We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop new markets, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to modern sales practices and technology-driven processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Manage key accounts and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage CRM platforms, analytics, and AI-powered tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Represent the organization professionally during customer meetings and industry events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, textile, apparel, FMCG, or related industries preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital business tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
