Job Summary Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage a sales team, and achieve revenue targets.
* Looking for an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in education loans, home loans, car loans, business loans, personal loans, LAP, and insurance sales. Candidates should have a strong sales background, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Generate business for Education Loan, Car Loan and other financial products.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
* Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and training.
* Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management.
* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
* Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
