Job Description
Role & responsibilities :-
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
Handle pre-qualified inbound leads (No cold calling!)
Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
Understand client needs and recommend best-fit property options
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers & clients
Maintain accurate data in CRM and generate sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Operations) for a seamless experience
Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
Preferred candidate profile :-
1+ years of experience in Real Estate / BFSI / Insurance / Luxury Sales
Strong track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Highly self-driven and result-oriented
Knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Must own a 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler for site visits
