Job Description
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager (SM) for the Unsecured Business Loan (BL) DSA vertical, responsible for sourcing unsecured business loans through the DSA channel with ticket sizes up to 70 lakhs. The role involves onboarding and managing a strong DSA network, driving high-quality lead generation, and ensuring compliance with internal credit and policy norms. The SM will be accountable for achieving a monthly disbursement target of approximately 1.5 crore, strengthening channel relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end coordination for timely disbursals and an exceptional customer experience.
