Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Achieve monthly targets for business loans and other financial products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and identify new opportunities for cross-selling .
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 3-12 years of experience in field sales management or similar role in banking/NBFC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of unsecured loans (BL) and ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
