NIKOL EV is building one of the largest and operational EV charging Infrastructure in India, we install and manufacture EV chargers and have 3,000 EV chargers on board our mobile application which EV owners use to locate, book, pay and charge their EVs. Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who can lead on-ground sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive expansion of EV charging infrastructure. This role requires a mix of field sales, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales or infrastructure projects
- Understanding of EV charging ecosystem or renewable energy sector
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with execution focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers, coordinate with team towards goal
Lead Generation, Cold calling, Product explanation
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Achieve monthly sales target and keeping a good relation with clients
Deal Closing
Site Visits
Creating dealer network
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Participating in events and seminars
Identify and secure strategic locations for EV charging stations
Achieving annual and quarterly targets
Compensation: Based on Experience, Current CTC and Industry Standard
