Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in the field.
• Develop and execute business plans to increase market share and revenue growth.
• Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting to expand the customer base.
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (e.g., banking).
• Strong understanding of home loan products and LAP (Loan Against Property) industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
