Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


Net new business:

  • Understanding of inMorphis and its offerings. Keep yourself up to date on existing and new offerings.
  • Prospecting: Identification of focused customer list along with Inside sales and sales intelligence team.
  • Create an account plan and strategy to make the customer successful for value selling.
  • Value and solution selling for digital transformation and standardisation.
  • Build customers stakeholder and technology heat map of identified customers.
  • Market research.
  • Identify and Establish connections with right stakeholders.
  • Identify customer requirements/pain area/opportunities.
  • Achieve sales quotas for the territory on a quarterly and yearly basis without any fear.

Existing new business:

  • Account management with key customers.
  • Account mining and heat mapping.
  • Look for diversification opportunities and report intelligence back to the sales intelligence team.
  • Do value and solution selling.
  • Customer relationship.

Skills required to perform the duty:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution mindset and a good understanding of technology.
  • Understanding of technology.
  • Identification and prospecting.
  • Strong Network in the territory with CxO level persona.
  • Experience in Handling enterprise-grade customer and large-size deals.
  • Have done Enterprise grade software sales in the last few years.
  • Strong experience in selling enterprise software (Global Indian captives, Indian enterprises, commercial customers).
  • Value selling.
  • Amazing Presentation skill set.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, Enterprise service management, IT service management, Customer service management, asset management, IT infra management and automation, DevOps.
  • Nice to know security operations and network operation.
  • Understanding of any of the vertical Telco, BFSI, IT/ITes, technology, healthcare and pharma.
  • Added advantage: Previous sales experience of selling any tools such as BMC, CA, Freshdesk, Symphony Summit, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce etc.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT.
  • Be able to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues.
  • Have Negotiation, decision making and excellent communication skills.
