Job Description

• To build Direct distribution and to achieve the assigned targets
• Regular reviewing & tracking of Entrepreneurs performance.
• Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities.
• To organize sales campaign & product launches
• Ensuring adherence to end to end business process within the specified timelines.
• Responsible for hygiene of business sourced by their unit.
• Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
• Should be capable enough to give market insights and explore new opportunities to develop business.

Skills Required

• Graduation with 1 to 6 years of experience in sales.
• From Health & Life Insurance, Hard core Retail sales guy from any industry.
• Experience in handling large team of freelancer / partners.
