Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Achieve monthly targets in business loan, personal loan, and other financial products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth and market share.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and identify new opportunities for cross-selling.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 3-11 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in sales management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of Business loan.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
