Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's IT services and consulting offerings.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell our products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform future sales strategy development.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual sales quotas consistently over time.
- Strong understanding of software solutions for business intelligence, data analytics, AI/ML applications in various industries.
