Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales activities for electronic security products such as CCTV, access control systems, BMS (Building Management System), fire alarm systems, and retrofits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination on project deliveries.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements :
- 9-14 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV system, access control system, BMS (Building Management System), fire alarm system, and retrofit technologies.
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Experience working with IBMs (Integrated Building Management Systems) is an added advantage.
