Job Purpose
Act as the core operational and product bridge for the B2B sales team and partners. This role focuses on answering partner/client queries, recommending the best-fit health insurance plans based on client needs, and handling backend underwriting coordination to ensure fast policy issuance.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Advisory & Support: Guide partners and sales executives to the best health plans based on specific client requirements; directly handle client calls to explain complex health plan details.
- Policy & Underwriting Coordination: Oversee the verification, processing, and timely issuance of health insurance policies while minimizing login-to-issuance turnaround time (TAT).
- Query Resolution: Act as the single point of contact to resolve operational, product, or process queries raised by partners and B2B clients.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate directly with underwriting and medical teams to clear pending requirements and fast-track cases.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Health Insurance Operations, Pre-Sales, or Sales Support.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of retail/group health insurance products, strong telephonic communication skills (for client/partner calls), and a process-oriented mindset.

Job Purpose
Drive revenue growth by recruiting, on-boarding, and managing a network of retail health insurance partners (agents/advisors). Maximize health insurance market share while strategically cross-selling Life and Motor insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Recruit, on-board, and manage financial advisors/agents to build a high-performing distribution network.
- Sales & Retention: Achieve monthly/annual sales targets, maximize wallet share from active partners, and focus heavily on policy renewals.
- Enablement & Training: Conduct product inductions and train partners on digital tools/apps for efficient customer servicing.
- Operations & Hygiene: Manage partner account reconciliations with internal teams while maintaining strict compliance and business hygiene.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven track record in Retail Health Insurance Sales.
- Skills: Strong relationship building, target-driven mindset, and deep knowledge of the Mumbai market.
