Job Description
Experience: 8 to 20 years (maximum)
Notice Period: Maximum 2 months
- Candidate must have strong sales experience in the Mumbai market. Profiles from other locations/regions without Mumbai market exposure will not be considered.
- Looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence across the Western Region based out of Mumbai.
- If you have a hunter's mindset, a passion for enterprise tech sales, and the drive to build something significant - this role is for you.
What we're looking for:
- 7-12 years of direct Enterprise Sales experience (ERP / CRM / SaaS)
- Proven track record of closing deals above 25 Lakhs & hitting 3 Cr+ annual targets
- Experience selling both On-Premise & SaaS solutions
- Ability to engage confidently at CXO / Owner / Leadership level
- Strong pipeline management from lead gen to closure
- Prior experience in the Mumbai / Western Region market
