KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding XM brand presence, particularly in the AV sector. You will manage relationships with System Integrators, Consultants, and Government departments, ensuring XMs inclusion in tender RFPs. Your role will focus on growing the customer base in Corporate and Retail sectors.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Create Sales Funnel & Conversion:
- Create outbound leads and work on inbound leads to generate potential business opportunities.
- Sustain and build new relationships with large System Integrators (SIS), Consultants, ITSI, AVSI, Government officials, and liaising parties.
- Strategize for optimum conversion rates, ensuring timely movement through the sales funnel.
- Ensure timely payment from clients and stakeholders, overseeing the financial aspect of the sales process.
- Establish XM as a reputed Indian OEM and work on positioning the company and its products in the market.

AVSI, ITSI, Corporates Relationships Management:
- Sustain and build new relationships with key sectors such as OOH (Out of Home advertising), Corporate, Retail, Government, ITSI, and AVSI.

Mapping Government Departments and Spec Tenders with XM Brand:
- Map and build relationships with government departments to expand business and partnerships.
- Gather information about ongoing projects, budget allocations, and other relevant data from the departments.
- Ensure XM brand is specified in Request for Proposals (RFPs) for government tenders.
- Influence stakeholders as necessary to achieve business goals and project success.

C. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferred Education: MBA
- Experience: 8–15 years of relevant experience in sales, with a focus on technology products (preferably AV-related products).
- Key Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets by managing the sales funnel and leading a team.
- Strong, existing network of System Integrators (SI), Consultants, and Government departments.
- Expertise in ensuring brand specification (XM) in tender RFPs to enhance brand visibility and secure business opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in expanding customer bases within the Corporate and Retail sectors.
- Experience in growing business in regional markets.
