Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Manager / BDM will be responsible for driving new business acquisitions, developing strategic customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving revenue targets through consultative technical sales. The role requires strong industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage end-to-end project coordination with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Sales

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new accounts across Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, and private & government sectors.
  • Achieve sales targets through impactful presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
  • Generate and qualify leads via networking, industry events, referrals, and market research.
  • Align client needs with tailored, cost-effective solutions based on ANPLs offerings.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and vendors to resolve technical and commercial queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers for long-term growth.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with clients as needed.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate across internal teams (Technical, Purchasing, Project, Delivery, Logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and costs, providing timely updates to management.
  • Ensure project delivery meets client quality and timeline expectations.

Strategy, Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Contribute to the development of annual business strategies and revenue plans.
  • Lead commercial negotiations in line with company policies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, competitor analysis, and market feedback.
