Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in bancassurance sales.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase life insurance sales through bank partnerships.

Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in banca sales or bancassurance sales.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry regulations.
