About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth, strengthen referral networks, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales and possess strong relationship management and business development skills.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through corporate, institutional, and referral channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, consultants, healthcare professionals, corporates, TPAs, and insurance partners.
  • Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
  • Enhance brand visibility through on-ground and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients and healthcare professionals.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Track monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience & Skills

  • 58 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Hospital or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong network within healthcare, corporate, and referral segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
