Role & responsibilities
- To build Direct distribution and to achieve the assigned targets
- Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities.
- To organize sales campaign & product launches
- Ensuring adherence to end to end business process within the specified timelines.
- Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
- Should be capable enough to give market insights and explore new opportunities to develop business.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation with 1 to 4 years of experience in sales.
