Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Hunting & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients. Own the entire sales cycle till contract signing.
  • Strategic Selling:
  • Revenue Management: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Maintain an accurate, data-driven sales & CRM.
  • Deal Structuring & RFP Ownership: Lead responses to large-scale accounts, proactive bids, collaborate with solution architects to design till final closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaboration with Service Delivery, Transition, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure and smoothly transitioned upon signing.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry, shifts and specifically emerging trends.


Experience in 10 to 15+ years of B2B corporate sales/BD in BPO, BPS, CXM, BPM, DTS.

Track Record : Proven history of independently closing enterprise deals of 8 to 10cr.

Domain: Deep understanding of BD, Acquisition, SLA, CRM, frameworks, digital transformation, and process automation.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, executive presentation, and financial acumen.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field. An MBA from a reputable institution is highly preferred.


Average Deal Size: Ability to upsell and hunt 8-10cr.
