Key Purpose of the Job:
The Area Sales Manager – Sales is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence. The role focuses on revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and ensuring strong customer engagement to achieve business targets.

Your Role:
Business Development & Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue
Drive pipeline generation and convert opportunities into business wins
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Act as a trusted advisor for clients to support business growth
Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed assigned business targets and revenue goals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Ensure timely closure of deals and revenue realization
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
Coordinate with operations, finance, and support teams for customer success
Align sales strategies with organizational goals
Market Expansion:
Support market expansion initiatives through client visits and field engagement
Represent the organization in external meetings, events, and client discussions
