Role
- Experience in the sales of (Business Loan/ Loan Against Property/ Home loans /Working Capital Finance.)
- Should have excellent network in market and with DSA community.
- Should have good knowledge of business loans segment
- Should be a Go -Getter and a Team Player.

Responsibilities:
- Associate Manager-Customer Acquisition will be responsible for Prospecting, developing and acquiring clients (business merchants) through direct sourcing or channels (DSA/ Alliances/ others).
- Meeting productivity targets on loan disbursements on Month on Month (MoM) basis.
- Understanding the product offering clearly.
- Ability to explain the product and pricing to the merchants.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC.
