Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the EdTech startup.
• Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on customer engagement, negotiation techniques, and closing deals.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales in an EdTech or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective team handling and PNL management.
• Strong understanding of edtech products/services and their applications in education/training sectors.
