Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 15+ Inside Sales professionals to achieve revenue and enrollment targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Monitor team performance, conversion rates, and sales KPIs, providing regular coaching and feedback.
Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective lead nurturing.
Analyze sales data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance conversions.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve lead quality and business outcomes.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales/B2C Sales, preferably in EdTech.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
Experience handling a team of 15+ Inside Sales professionals.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional sales experiences.
Proficiency in English and Bengali; Hindi will be an added advantage.
