Job Requirements :

1-6 years of experience in B2C sales or inside sales leadership roles.
Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.
Strong people management skills with ability to motivate individuals towards achieving common goals.
Proficiency in CRM software applications such as Salesforce.com.
