Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire HNI / Privilege clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence
• Recruit and manage a team of Relationship Managers
• Build and manage a strong AUM-based client portfolio
• Cross-sell financial products: Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Structured Products
• Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide investment advisory support
• Promote focus products and business strategies
• Track and update client interactions in CRM systems
• Lead and mentor team members (if applicable)

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in Broking / Wealth Management / Banking
• Strong exposure to HNI client acquisition & relationship management
• Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
• Good knowledge of financial markets & investment products
• Excellent networking and communication skills
• Local market understanding preferred
