- Achieve GWP targets through assigned partners and territory.
- Build relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and POS partners.
- Activate POS and manage sales pipeline for business growth.
- Train and support partner sales/service teams to drive sales.
- Motivate partners to generate and close leads effectively.
- Increase company mindshare and wallet share among partners.
- Maintain daily visit/call records and reporting.
- Use digital sales tools for maximum productivity and digitization.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Ensure sales process compliance and renewal persistency.
