Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales funnel, driving revenue growth, leading a team of Sales Executives, and ensuring effective conversion of leads into successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the assigned location.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to project closure.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across all sales stages.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Leadership
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Monitor individual and team productivity metrics.
- Develop action plans to improve team performance and target achievement.
Lead Management
- Ensure timely allocation and follow-up of leads.
- Track lead aging, conversion ratios, and pipeline health.
- Implement best practices to improve lead-to-sale conversion.
- Ensure adherence to customer follow-up processes and SLAs.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales performance, conversion metrics, and business trends.
- Present sales updates and business insights to senior management.
Customer Engagement
- Participate in customer meetings for high-value opportunities.
- Handle escalations and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution teams post-sales closure.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and CRM usage.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures.
- Drive process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
