Hiring: Sales Manager / Site Lead Residential Real Estate Sales
We are looking for a strong real estate sales leader who can independently own a residential project site, drive walk-ins to closures, and lead the sales team with complete business ownership.
This role is only for candidates from Residential Real Estate Sales / High-Rise Apartment Sales / Property Sales background.

Segment: High-Rise Apartments / Residential Property Sales
Budget: 10–12 LPA Max
What We Are Looking For
- 5–9 years of experience in Residential Real Estate / Property Sales
- Strong exposure to high-rise apartment sales / gated community sales / premium residential projects
- Experience in site sales, walk-in handling, negotiation, and closing
- Ability to manage and drive a site sales team
- Strong understanding of lead follow-up, CRM discipline, sales funnel, booking conversion, and revenue targets
- Proven record of monthly closures and target achievement
- Good communication, ownership mindset, and customer handling skills
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales performance for the assigned residential project site
- Drive walk-in conversions, negotiations, bookings, and closures
- Manage daily team productivity, lead follow-ups, and customer movement
- Track site visits, booking pipeline, closures, and revenue through CRM
- Coordinate with business, marketing, CRM, and developer teams
- Ensure strong customer experience from enquiry to booking
- Achieve monthly sales targets with discipline and ownership
