Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Person to promote and sell our educational products and solutions to schools across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in school book publishing, educational sales, or EdTech, along with a strong network within the school ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools and educational institutions to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell educational books, curriculum solutions, AI, Robotics, Coding, STEM, and other learning programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with school authorities.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable educational solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and order closures.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Educational Publishing, School Book Sales, or EdTech Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education market.
  • Existing network with schools in Hyderabad and Telangana will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in institutional or school sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
  • Knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, and State Board schools.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
