Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in real estate sales, specifically in villa and apartment projects. The candidate should be capable of driving revenue, managing sales activities, mentoring team members, handling key customer interactions, and ensuring closures in alignment with project targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales function for villa and apartment projects in South Hyderabad.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure revenue achievement.
- Handle and support the team in client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor and improve lead conversion ratios from inquiry to booking.
- Guide and support sales executives in follow-ups, presentations, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to improve walk-ins, site visits, and bookings.
- Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, CRM, and channel partner teams for better lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and channel partners.
- Ensure proper management of CRM, sales pipeline, MIS reports, inventory movement, and booking status.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competition, and customer feedback to improve strategy.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and ensure team productivity and discipline.
- Support management with pricing insights, offer planning, and market intelligence for the Tukkuguda / South Hyderabad market.
- Ensure smooth closure process including documentation, booking coordination, and customer handover support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Proven experience in villa and apartment sales with strong closure capability.
- Experience in handling team performance, sales planning, and revenue delivery.
- Strong exposure to builder/developer-side sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, especially South Hyderabad locations, will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales MIS, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and complex negotiations.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially strong.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with strong experience in residential real estate projects (Villas & Apartments) only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in South Hyderabad projects / Tukkuguda belt will be given preference.
